When I was making promotion resources for my app (Taska for iPad), I couldn't find a non-flat, large-scale iPad picture, so I made one from scratch.

The psd includes layers for both orientations. Most layers are built using vector masks and can be resized to fit various needs. Some layer effects might need little adjustments when scaled.
