Dex entry: Drarine é um Pokémon que vive a maior parte do tempo dentro d'água onde pode se locomover livremente, possui barbatanas nos braços e na calda uma combinação perfeita para controlar seus movimentos aquáticos. Sua pele é lisa mas resistente como de um tubarão, suas garras afiadas podem perfurar casco de barcos de pescadores inimigos. Quando ameaçado Drarine cria uma grande bolha misturando vapor de seus pulmões o que lhe permite arremessá-la causando grande impacto em seus adversários.

Dex entry: Drarine is a Pokémon that lives most of the time in the water where it can move freely, has fins in the arms and in the syrup a perfect combination to control its aquatic movements. Its skin is smooth but tough as a shark, its sharp claws can pierce hulls from enemy fishermen's boats. When threatened Drarine creates a large bubble by mixing steam from his lungs allowing him to hurl it causing great impact on his opponents.

I still don't get it.
And even IF it make sense how can he eat without any arms & hands?
Not to mention that Egg shell is in the way as well.

Lean forward and hoping that you don't fall forward onto your face every time you try to lean forward to eat?
Or hoping that your food dosen't move whenever you try to take a bite out of it?

Well, imagine that you had no hands or that you're forbidden to eat with your hands and instead with your face.
Some food can sometimes slide away from you whenever you dive right in.
Without arms you can't hold the food in place.
And IF your head is bigger then your tail without arms IF you accidentally lead toward too much you would then ended up falling forward and hurt your chin or even break a tooth.
With arms you can use them to try and help save yourself from the fall.
And IF you accidentally fell into the water without arms your pretty much screwed.
