Deviantart is a website presenting art/offering graphic resources. If interested, some people may be willing to pay a few bucks for some graphic resource they find outstanding/useful in their activities. Not everything is free... but some things, as my resources, are insanely cheap

this is pretty cool, if you are going to use, you will need to take some time to cut the firewood and rocks out of the background of the flames, but it is still worth the small charge. I really like the effect you can get with this. Really easy to use and looks great.

no he can not, it is a paid for PSD, u have to buy it on the website.
giving it free would result in a terms of service violation and most likely a penalty/lawsuit.
