I remember as a child watching the first Ghost in the Shell movie without barely understanding its concepts so it took the emergence of Wikipedia to help me know the plot properly. It was about a sentient AI requesting political asylum. It just fits so well with DDLC that it might as well exist in the Ghost in the Shell universe.
