Description The CSF Kellermann, a Cavalier class destroyer.
A design I worked on for an upcoming "Starships and Spacemen" RPG Campaign book, "Lucanii Drift", written by the creative mind of Paul Kidd. This is the plan view and cover artwork. It has been forever since I've done a set of blueprints, and the task made harder by doing it's first appearance as the cover illustration first, CSF Kellermann

Love the design and the RPG captures the feel of the setting amazingly well.

Just one question?

Was there ever a 'Front/Back elevation' view done of the ship?

Cheers and best wishes!

Very nice.
I'm getting kind of a "Trek meets Wars" vibe...
Would love to see front and back views, for a full set of orthos.

Very cool! I like how you've taken the ST flavor and whipped it up with some WWII aircraft notes and 1950's automobile spices!

Thanks!  The nacelle cap WAS influenced by the tail lights of 1950's cars, and named "Van Dorn pattern" nacelles.

Inner Trek nerd goes man that warp field would be a bitch to maintain.

...more difficult to initiate a warp field... single nacelles maintain existing warp fields just fine.

ah yeah,  was rusty on why singles where rare. Seemed was also not used cause slowing down safely was an issue.

Very Trek. Then again it is certainly not bad to be inspired by the classics.
