It's called Ultra Scenery - Realistic Landscape System. Developer is Howie Farkes. His page at daz3d.com is still there, but that product doesn't seem to be listed anymore. (I also did a search in the Daz store and it didn't come up) He has a similar app that just does trees. Maybe he is selling it on another site.
