Wow that is a really cool revamp. Still holds a lot of important details from the original King, but there is enough new stuff there to really make him original and stand out. The blue was a nice touch. Same goes for the sheer bulk of the limbs and hunched over bad. Good work.

Since he is being built over the bones of a Kaiju what you are possibly seeing is internal plating as well as bones.
