Another pict of Samurai Vader except this time with Obi Wan as a monk. I got the idea for this from from the Musashoi and Kojiro fight from the classic samurai movie with Toshiro Mifune. The death Star is an Airship in this version.Related content

well, if you look at obi-wan vs vader in the first movie, it is very much like kendo, with a good touch of the usual lightsaber swingin'. you could try look at that.
and you may as well just search "kendo styles" on youtube/google.

I thought so but just the prequels the super nerd in me would not remake the originals. Oh, I get the irony of the statement since this painting is about the originals but thats how I roll

I don't think a remake of originals would do them any Justice, but It would be great a samurai version of star wars.

Fitting given lucas said he got inspiration of the jedi from the samurai. Very creative as well, how long did it take you to complete this?

Probably about 14 hours. I got problems with backgrounds and I messed that up a few times.
