All these are characters from a story I made about the Fall of Satan and his rebel angels. I didn't care for any of that pretty boy stuff with Lucifer but rather a great general, ie Ceasar. The drawings are not mine but rather a collab of artists I met at conventions. It took 3 years to get the collab done. I was pretty picky about who did what character. I did design the characters but the artists did the pencils and some added a little spice my original designs. I did do the paints though.The thing is going to be 60" by 30" I think. Now I'm just trying to figure a way to frame the thing.

It looks beautiful. It must feel great to share visions with other artists and feel good about it together at the end result and to meet them in a convention on top of that. You must be a great social artist. When I look at a pieces like this i wonder how artists find continuous inspiration to just keep going. I have a hard time with it but it's great to see it happen in pieces like this. The effort, determination and inspiration is obvious. Congratulations to you and your team!

Appreciate the comment this was a fun project but now that it is over I don't have a giant driving force when going to conventions. Its sad when a project ends. The work was more fun then the end sometimes.

Very good design, like how you charactise the ides rather then go for the grotsetqueness of one side and over glorification of the other. Each side has a nice set of characters and the red shading looks quite good.
Am not sure how lucifer should look but did like the vetigo comic version of him.

I agree the "Evil" side looks good but it bothered me that I didn't have enough "Good" characters to really flesh out the other side.
I have seen the Vertigo comic but I figure Lucifer is a pretty boy like legolas at this point in his life. I forgot to mention that Lucifer and Satan in this image are two different people.
