““Ebony proposes a speed enchantment, playfully named Nyoom, or professionally called Zoom. The Nyoom enchantment allows the users speed to be increased by a certain amount. Perhaps all movement skills are also benefited by this enchantment. Greater speed and or boost to movement skills affected by quality or perhaps type or gem used? Nyoom can be placed on an object, perhaps allowing the user to ride something that will increase their speed for them. Or just added to any foot equipment..."

Requirements: Must be able to have speed 50 or greater.
