Celsius is my first Megaman (Ruby Spears version) OC. She also a little girl.Bio: Celsius Australis
Mother: Aurora (dead) (murdered) (by Black Ghosts two cyborg assassins) (PS; Black Ghost come from 2001 version Cyborg 009)
Father: Frederic (dead)
Personally: Shy around strangers except for Iceman but very sweet, quite, smart and kind.
Type: human cyborg.
Pet: Freezy (rat)
Power: Cyrokinesis, Thermokinetics , Frigokinesis

(She's afraid of robots because her and her sisters parents died by three familiar bots in every episode (that are on Wily's side), which is why she has Blues protecting her)
(She seems to only be kind to people like her, kind, likes the Tri abilities (aka the Element Triforce she's after, which has Fire, Ice, and Electricity), and likes animals)
