This is the result of some time well spent this day. The finished result makes me smile gently. It was lovely to use a TWISBI Eco EF fountain pen, filled with black Dokumentus ink to draw the design on an Distress ink coloured tag/bookmark. Blending Derwent Chromaflow pencils using Gamsol and tortillons/paperstumps created depth, volume and shadow. The appearance of torn edges and collaged paper turned out a delight to complete and an interesting counterpoint to the organic plants.This is all something I really want to explore more. I've always enjoyed drawing on coloured paper, whether bought or made by myself. Now, maybe, I'm discovering how I can use various media to end up with a style that suits me. I suspect some experimenting with the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Art Nouveau paint set has had an influence on my colour choices and the more muted, vintage feel of the colours that is still vibrant.
