Well, I finished it. I lost time yesterday and was up until after midnight working on colouring it in. I've used watercolour paints mixed with gum arabic to give them a lovely sheen and transparency, as well as gold metallic watercolour paint too. There's ink lines in it, and I've not outlined the gold, though I'm still debating about that ... as well as slightly thickening the black lines that there are to give it a more 'stained glass window' feel. It's almost like a kaleidoscope pattern too.

But the best thing of all has been the inner peace and joy while working on it, and the re-energising quality of the work. I should've been almost dead on my feet when I went to bed last night, but I wasn't - I was bouncing with energy!
