Description Approx 11" x 9"
Acrylic ink background, technical drawing pens and just the faintest hint of metallic gold ink here and there ...
Releasing chained anger because I'm finding all the anger and frustration and pain locked up inside me since childhood through to where I am now ... and things need releasing ... and art helps, though you may not believe this controlled, fussy work represents my anger. I learned at a young age not to show emotions and have been more or less emotionally numb ever since... But I'm finding my emotions will not be denied any more, and the release of this lot needs to be done in a controlled manner; the energy needs to be used creatively rather than destructively.

what an amazing piece, Im instantly in love with it. And I also feel my fingers tingling, with want for drawing again. I've had quite the drawing dip lately, unfortunately. I understand what you mean, about working through anger. There's something totally magic, about drawing like this, all this intricacy and controlled movements. You get so into it, tongue out of mouth probably that your mind seems to go blank. It doesn't, it only really shuts out all the outside noise, and you're able to focus on your own train of thoughts. One can go and work through a whole range of thoughts and feelings and emotions, just by concentrating on this intricate drawing. I'm looking at this, and I instantly know what you went through, in order to make this. It's a beautiful result!

Well done. I've done things like that. I'll have to look and see if I can find them....just WIPS, or "someday I'll make a picture....." and never got around to it. lol. Reminds me of the photographs in space of two galaxies colliding and passing through one another. It can be imagined the kind of havoc going on. Pretty destructive forces, I would imagine.
