I'm actually cautiously optimistic with this one. It's being helmed by Robert Kirkman apparently, and I feel like he has the right energy as a director to get it done right. Originally it was going to be Max Landis (like father like son), but that ship sailed when everyone found out how much of a creep he is

No, didn't know about the radio drama. I know Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy started on radio, and there was a radio version of LOTR in the early 80's [I had the audio cassette tapes].
