Hello guys ! My new work is here !It's been a long time ago now that I want to try photography, but, sadly, no inspiration come to me. What can I took that may mean something important to me ? What subject, what idea can be enough special ? And, finally, I found it.
My relationship with addictions was always complicated. No specially with tobacco, but I choose to shoot it, for many reasons. I wanted to show that drugs, even tobacoo or alcohol, can be a danger for the users. Gradually, they took everything of you. Not just your healthy, but also your money, your family, your happiness.
It's just a shoot of something that I care. So, stop looking for any answers in this and take your life back.

It's funny before I read your post I interpreted your picture as the pack of cigarettes representing life , and how different parts of it get "smoked" with time. I think your picture is great never the less!

I'd like to think of the cigarettes as time bars; the more you smoke one of them, the shorter your life is and the more you waste your life. Like, smoking the happiness cigarette: the smaller it gets, the more the happiness goes away.

One cig should have ''money'' written on them cos if you are one of the chain-smokers then it hurts wallet a lot!

That's right ! I had the possibility to include the money otherwise than simply writing it. This is why I choose to show it on the photo !

Very well done! I like how you put into perspective how the person has to decide what is more valuable to them: their addiction or their health/happiness? I've done work with the LDS church's Addiction Recovery program (which follows the same 12 step program as Alcoholics Anonymous) so this hits very close to home for me.

The words written on the cigarettes represent things you lose, not gain, by smoking.
So "health" is appropriate.
If you read his comments the artist is in no way promoting smoking, and explains the concept of the photo further.

I'm pretty sure all the words on the cigarettes are meant to symbolize the things you lose when you smoke, though, which makes health a perfect word for this purpose.
