Hello guys ! My new work is here !It's been a long time ago now that I want to try photography, but, sadly, no inspiration come to me. What can I took that may mean something important to me ? What subject, what idea can be enough special ? And, finally, I found it.
My relationship with addictions was always complicated. No specially with tobacco, but I choose to shoot it, for many reasons. I wanted to show that drugs, even tobacoo or alcohol, can be a danger for the users. Gradually, they took everything of you. Not just your healthy, but also your money, your family, your happiness.
It's just a shoot of something that I care. So, stop looking for any answers in this and take your life back.

The words on the cigarettes represents what you can lose, all the things that can be taken away from you : your youth, your calm ...
The watch represent the fact that the time is running specially faster when you lose your time and your health by smoking. In the photo, we can imagine the woman watching the time scroll through when she smoking. A time that she maybe need later to do something else ?

Je ne pense pas que les français soient plus mauvais que les autres, mais c'est vrai que c'est agréable lorsque l'un de nous se retrouve sur "le devant de la scène" !

In fact, it's a funny story. When I started the shoot, my wallet fell from my pocket. It's by picking up my money that I had the idea to include it on the picture !

Might be better with old smoker hands. Those hands look young and pristine as if to never touch anything bad before.

In fact, these hands belong to my mother, who was smoker when she was young. She accepted to smoke a cigarette for my shoot, but she doesn't smoke anymore.
Maybe this is why her hands don't look like old smoker hands ?
