Not to use commissioned work for commercial purposes (i.e. You can't sell my art, even if it's your original character) unless specified before hand and we work out copyrights. Note: Commercial Purpose works costs will vary from project to project and for what purpose it is to be used for.

I have the right to post said work on Deviantart and any other sites at my discretion as part of my portfolio unless you specifically say otherwise.

I require payment before I upload the work.
