"Passengers, because of another Yakumo train incident, the power shall be turned off until further notice. We are sorry."
It was a pleasure to get screwed over by the Yakumos.

A reference to the spellcard in the games? I haven't experienced it.

I saw a video of it, however. Marisa was going to master spark Yukari or final spark. Yukari did that edge thing from going from one side to the other and then she used a train.
Yukari you friggin' cheater.

This is hella awesome. I love fanart involving the Yakumo train, this one is no exception!
You did a really great job with the lighting and smoke, it adds a good atmosphere!

From my first impression, comparing to your previous deviation, I think this is comparatively lack-lustre.
Firstly the face in overall just look weird, especially the eye position, the positioning of the whole head to the neck, the positioning of her hat in conjunction to her head, her nose and its shading. Even facing up, I think something could be done to make the nose look better.
Then her hair, the connection between the flowing part to the part near her head could be fixed. The hair don't just stay fixed near the base and then wham goes to full flowing, they're supposed to be gradual. And then there's the back of the hair is flowing like there's a strong wind, but the hair around her face stays still. Not to mention some of teh shading seems weird to me. Maybe because you're not familiar with source of light coming primarily from behind.
And next is, the problem with drawing Yukari is, her design, which is you should only draw her if you are willing to invest time to make it detailed, especially the frills and since she has a full length outfit. And especially that the skirt took significant amount of space versus the rest of her body. Which basically in a nutshell, for Yukari, her outfit is a major priority(and her hair due to its length). I think the lack of considerable detail on the frills turns me off quite much. And actually, this became worst by adding a dark bg. Dark complex bg intensify the simplicity of the whole character.
The red signal glare also look abit unnatural to me.
And review her shoulder and her right arm.
Anyway, I'm in a hurry, so forgive me if I sounded harsh.

Thanks for your input.
I've only attempted to fix up the coloring a bit. The other said parts are just too difficult to fix at this point now but it'll be something I'll have to keep in mind for next pieces.
