oh, i found it out, but the forums need it to only be 728 x 100. 0-0 I understand if you don't want to do it again, but it needs to be a little smaller

You click on "Submit art" and then enter the title and category. Under that, there should be a button that says "Upload File..." to make a text deviant, you just instead click on "Add Text..." I've never really done it myself but I'm pretty sure that's how you do it
