I'll be honest. I'm not the biggest Flash fan, but many of my friends are. The captains (boomerang and cold) are the most unique personalities. What are your favs?

Like I said, I love all of them, but I'd say my favorites would have to be Captain Cold and the other who's powers/abilities are some of the less common in comic books, Such As Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Abra Kadabra, Pied Piper, Trickster, and Top!
