Easily one of the best-handled villains in Batman The Animated Series. Harvey's origin was deftly handled, introducing him as a friend of Bruce Wayne who had already shown signs of a split personality. His scarring merely provided the push that drive him into villainy. I absolutely love the design; the stark black and white, the Harvey side clearly drawing influence from Robert Mitchum, the monster side a stylized horror character.
