Description
So to preface this, i draw dragons all the time, just never post them because i dont like my sketches. I set out to design a dragon i would draw again, something more iconic, i feel i achieved this. Oh and that dude in the corner, he is a new character that you guys havent seen yet. Might do more cool dragons, maybe later

This is pretty damn good. I would only say that the wings should be more attached to the shoulder joint, above the forelegs. At the moment, the wing limb is seperated from the shoulder by those bad-ass spikes, and it looks like they are sprouting from the spine of the dragon. But thats just me being picky. On the whole, this is a kick ass Worm.

Yeah i just wanted to have a ref for my needs, wasnt going into it so others can use the ref, just to solidify proportions if i want to draw him again

I've seen a lot of dragon designs, but this has got to be one of my favourites ever.

Amazing dragon design, and it's rather unique at least to me. I'm not that much to drawing dragons (I think they're overused in some instances) nowadays, but this makes me rethink my position now. I like the spikes and the detailed reference sheet, explaining how spikes can be filed down and why they're claws are so huge (normally you don't see this in a lot of dragon profiles).

everything seems perfect to me, i like it even more after reading the lil notes on the drawing. It shows to really planned him out.

I dont know why you want my crit, you draw so much better than me! Dx I really can't find anything I dont like about it. D: I mean I really like the angular design, it looks vicious. I also love how the inner toes are longer than the outer ones and the general coloration. C: The only things I see that could be improved upon is, unless this is a flightless dragon, it needs larger wings. Also, it seems a little stiff in the way the corve of the back goes. =O a natural looking curve is hard to get in a dragon D: (i dont have it either)

I guess I know what you mean. It seems like lots of people draw angels and devil characters, and it sorta has overkilled wings. Glad to see you are trying to be different.
