Alright this is my Jack Browning color concept. I really like this character. Im also thinking about starting up a small comic series starring this dude. Ive been brainstorming ideas all day and i think it might be really cool. I digress, i really thought out these colors, each of which symbolizes something.Im really interested in seeing your color ideas for him. If you want to color the lineart, go here: [link]

I do really like the red though, red is a great color. And are the eyes purple...? I can't quite tell...

Yeah i was thinking of you at the time, so i was like "yes purple....yes". Also i can think of a character off hand who has purple eyes so i thought it might make him a little more unique.

Yeah I only have one character with purple eyes. A lot of Yugioh characters have purple eyes too now that I think about it... XD;;

Yeah i used to be into it, but i soon moved onto magic cards. Im not sure yugioh as a whole is quite preow, though dark magician girl might make the cut

I must admit I liked the lineart even more than the color-scheme xD But... well I like the lineart more than the result most of the time anyway.....

I like the simplistic touch, and that is an interesting sword design, having a half circle tip. I like it ^^

Nice job, I like the warm color scheme. My only (minor) criticism is that his left arm seems to mysteriously disappear below the coat. O_o

I notice he has a watch. What time period are you placeing this in or are you kind of doing the FF VII thing where you have modern technology with a splash of olde world in it? His coloring look alot like your avatar's which seems fitting since you said you based him off you. Looks like a city dweller to me, particuallry an industrial town of some sort, probally a city of steel mills and textile plants. If you are going for a comic, i say give it your all. You have the ability and its definatly one i would read.

Yeah i havent entirely figured out his timeline, but will probably live in a smaller town out in the woods with a lot of junk around(he might have some skill as a mechanic). We'll see how this progresses for now.

Well keep us posted then. Seems like it could shape up into a really interesting comic concept. I like your idea of a Junk Town, kind of like an old junk yard for some ancient civilazation, but the forest grew around it. Trees popping up between metal monoliths covered in moss. Houses made of ship hulls or other nic-knacks. Is that kind of what you were thinking of? Anyway, your character got my brain twisting with some odds and end. Just my own of course. keep us all posted with what happens.
