Holds are not only for people who can't pay right away hun..
If someone is also interested in herder you can say ok you can have her if the person on hold doesen't want her. I also did itu sometimes with mine. If the second person really want to buy it she can wait for the answer of the first one in max 2 days.

I see your point, but let me change my words, my holds are only people who is sure to buy but dont have money at the momment, i see very selfish keeping on hold and adopt for someone is not sure to buy, because most people wont ask to buy if they see its on hold, it changes when you have two persons who want to buy, but this is not the case and personally i respect if you like to do it, but i prefer to dont take that risk, even if no one else buys her, i like to keep the probability, sorry
