Pores are awesome but SSS is indeed a bit to much for the nose, don't forget we have bone and cartilage in there that does'nt let the light through so much.
REflections on the eyes are also excellent, included in the product ?

My thoughts, too. With that much SSS, I'd expect the skin to start blowing out and to have some significant bloom on the edge. I don't think any pore/bump detail would show up, either.
It's remarkable how effectively your shaders are in making the eyeliner look like make-up put on top of the skin. It might be a little too dull (not sure, I'd have to look at a reference), but even if it's slightly off, I love how it's clearly not black skin.
