DC never lost the rights. Cartoon Network and DC Comics have the same parent company, Time Warner. Teen Titans Go was made for Cartoon Network by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, rights were never an issue.

So? Is the world gonna explode or something? Are people gonna die of a plague? Is there any natural disaster that's gonna happen as a result of this show's 3rd season? I mean I'm no fan of the show but I'm just curious as to what sort of major catastrophe's gonna happen as a result of this season running its course on TV.

I'm just afraid how much this show will affect kids of our generation. I mean jesus christ this show is so stupid. The worst part is, is that this show has moooore screen time, then any other show on CN like Steven Universe or Adventure Time, which are way better shows that have good story telling, charater development and great visuals. Shows like Teen Titans GO is just treating kids like morons. Kids aren't stupid. I hate the fact that the creators of Teen Titans GO say that stealing other ideas from other shows is bad, but no, they say FUCK IT and make a terrible Duck Tales Theme Song, the Titans of the show kill off TMNT and they make stupid over dubbed original Teen Titans clips, because they think that TTG is the best show ever and other shows are god damn awfull. The morals of TTG are just baaaaaaaaaaaaad. Like OMG! I wouldn't mind this show much if they didn't shove this show up our throats and assess every morning, evening and night. And they have the balls to advertise this show and telling it's our favorite show? This clearlly shows that the creators of TTG just want to make the world burn.

That's easy to answer, according to data from Nielsen Media Research, tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com and .showbuzzdaily.com it's been the highest rated show on the US version of Cartoon Network for well over a year (though now We Bare Bears has started out with very strong ratings, too). Cartoon Network is a business, so as long as a show performs very well ratings wise and doesn't cost much to produce, that show will keep getting renewed.

Revival you mean, a renewal occurs when a show gets a new season order before it gets cancelled, but the 2003 having been cancelled 2006, would have gotten a revival with a sixth season.
Well even if they did a sixth season, it wouldn't exactly have the same feel anyway, since the 2003 series got cancelled in 2006 and TTG started in 2013, so even if they made a sixth season of the 2003 series instead of TTG in 2013, with 7 years of a break, many of the writers and storyboarders wouldn't have returned, since they moved on to different projects or studios.
It'd have been similar to how Xiaolin Chronicles is officially a continuation of Xiaolin Showdown, but since many of the writers and storyboards didn't return, the show doesn't really feel like a continuation.
The 2003 series had a good 5 season 65 episode run, which is nothing to sneeze at, reviving it now would most likely end up like the later seasons of the Simpsons or The Fairly OddParents. I think it's good that the 2003 series ended on a still quite high note.
But I'm not trying to make you change your opinion of course. My previous reply was just explaining that now that TTG already exists, and makes them very good money, it's unlikely to get cancelled anytime soon. That's all.
