It's a nice drawing, but, to be honest, I don't recall the characters at all.
They look like a bunch of Nobitas from Doraemon to me.

xD thats what most people say! probably because the original series (osomatsu-kun) was made around the same time as doraemon?? (1966/1988) though im not really sure, i just googled and it said doraemon was made around 1970?? xD idk i never watched it/read the mangas
