in my highschool... you were told to put it away...
they never took it... but they would call on you with a question to make you sweat... since if you were so into drawing... or other stuff that you didnt even know the question asked... they used embarrassment basically.
There is no corporal punishment that stopped decades ago... *teachers hitting their students with rulers or paddles*

even better is to archive them by date... then burn each months work... to its own cd or dvd.. the lifespan of that storage medium is 100+ years

hard drives are about 5 to 6 years... now im talking lifespan as in how long they can sit idle on a shelf... before losing data not how many times you write to them...
