The colors work fairly well together in this, and the clothing folds are good. It just seems to me that her hair doesn't have much of a natural flow and it's just got too much shine. That, and her hair is also a bit too thick. And perhaps blending the colors in the dress would also help with this picture's overall look. However, I do like the dress' overall look and design. The hand seems a bit out of nowhere and I can't tell if it is throwing or catching the heart (or whatever else). It seems that you have a fair sense of anatomy, her head just seems a bit too big for her body, or perhaps this was the style you were going for.
