Awesome! Thanks for the link! But a problem.. why does the program say "stopped working" and closes? I can only have opengl 3.1 to work 100% but any higher than that the percentage rate is lower so is there any way to use it without Opengl 4.0?

I am not sure how old it is, but I did have it for a few years. But does that require changing my graphics card? 'cause when I ran a program to read my computer info. it said it can only support up to 4.0 but the percentage it works is low so I dunno if it'll damage my computer if I install 4.0 anyway.

I've always wanted to try something like this, but if I wanted AfterEffects or something, it seemed like the only two options is to either pirate it and possibly wreck my computer (which is what happened last time I pirated Flash CS6) or just sell my soul entirely lmao

You're welcome. AnimeEffects was released recently, and is a very popular freeware in Japan now. It's very easy to make animation from images.

Ohhhh nice! That explains why I haven't found any tutorials on YT or anything lmao. If you don't mind me asking, where did you learn how to work with the program? (unless it's set up exactly like After Effects, then in that case I'll have to do some digging or messing around or something lol)
