Download for huge pic! xDThe heck, most people propably know the final boss of that game already, but I still like warning people about spoilers.
Oh how I loved the Shadow Queen. She seemed ridiculously hard at first, but when I tried beating her the second time with my inventory full of items I ended up using only one or two. -_-'
This pic has been sitting on my computer unfinished for quite a while. Well, decided to finally finish it today. As you propably have noticed, I tried a different style here. It was very time consuming, but I like the results.
This was originally supposed to be a completely 'lineless' painting, but I had to add some outlines so poor Peach stood out at least a bit from the BG.Princess Peach and the Shadow Queen © Nintendo
This was entered in the contest over at ~peach-club . I had been wanting to draw the Shadow Queen for quite a while, but I didn't know if an official design would be accepted in the contest. I'm glad it was. ^^

A reason why I like this? Simple, the brush lines and how the colors and patterns run so smoothly, that's why. And where? *points at Peach's lower dress portion and the Shadow Queen's long hair*

Yah, I have been working on a picture like this for a while, cuz I really like the boss and what not...
Anyways, yah, I totally freaked out when I beat the game cuz it was so awesome, mostly the final fight...
This is amazingly done, and I do like its style...

Thanks! I doubt I could enter that contest, since this is no original design, this actually appeared in a game. Of course, I dunno if entries like this would be accepted, but everyone else seems to be submitting original designs.

still haven't gotten ttyd yet; mom said she couldn't find it in stores for xmas. (probably because she was looking in the wrong section...XDDD)
but i do know about this shadow queen...quite interesting! i love peach's expression; she looks evil. >DD [backs away] there, there, peach, i'm not food...XD;

Thanks! TTYD is so hard to find since it's such an old game. D: I only got it recently because I got lucky and found an used version in a store. I do hope you get to play it sometime though, it's awesome. ^_^

I've already beaten the game completely but I'm playing it from the start 'cause I enjoyed the adventure and the plot was awesome.

I never got to beat her cause everytime she asked me to join her to rule the world I would say yes to her XD And Goombella and Koops would be like "Noooo! You idiot, wrong answer!" I just always liked teaming up with bad guys cause even if you lose you don't need to tidy up the mess you made X3
