Alright, the first progress shots of my Twilight Princess version Zelda cosplay.

I only started this last week, so I haven't done much yet. Pictured here are the tiara/crown and the golden phoenix-thing in the middle of her shoulder armor. Both of these are made from craft foam. Considering that, I think they turned out quite well, though I might remake the tiara out of sculpey clay sometime to get it more 3-D.

As you can see, I haven't found quite the right jewels for the tiara yet, so I painted some on. I will try to find some. (Darn gemstones being so hard to find, I'm having trouble with the longish blue hanging gems as well)

NOTE: This is NOT the wig I'll be using! It's just a wig I had laying around, so I quickly styled it a bit like Zelda's hair. I'll style the real one much more carefully and get a more accurate color.

I bought some gorgeous fabric for the dress and bodice, I can't wait to get started on it.
