I like them both! Specially Dirk's because of HAL and Brobot.

As a feedback, Aradia's one stands out when looking at the three of them, because of the simple and symmetric pose. Also, probably the poses for Dirk and Jane have somewhat uncomfortable arm positions to stay stuck to. More vertical arm positions, even if diagonal, could make the pose more pleasing to the eye in the long run, specially because it's a gif focused on the changes over a time.

Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion... but maybe this feedback helps you somehow!
