I know, like, next to nothing about making gifs, but did you use a premade transition for the transformation of each picture or did you do in-between pictures to make the transition more smooth? Whatever you did it looks really polished, so however much fun it was to do it's obvious it was also a ton of work. Excellent job!

Thanks! eh I'm not really an expert myself... Hope I could explain.

I did all the frames myself... For each transformation I did just one in-between pic to make it look smoother, which is the next image superimposed on the previous (I mean, I made one of them half transparent so you can see both at the same time for one frame).
