I like it when artists use the sort of Goth look for Laura. Great job, here.
Incidentally, she's done skirts before (NYX, Target: X, her solo series) so the dress is by no means OOC (especially since it's a dark color, like she prefers).

yeah but Laura seems to prefer short skirts, and a long dress usually gives a different vibe. I mean, she usually have a more aggressive/tough look than this. But yeah, it's not too far from her usual style, being dark and all.Β

From X-23 comic issue #11, Touching Darkness part 2. When X-23 / Laura Kinney and Jubilee shopping in the clothes store. Laura did try the white dress in the fitting roomΒ & Jubilee say that it looks good on her, butΒ she prefer dark colors. At that time,Β X-23 has rarely had the chance to really define her own voice through her own clothes purchases, having mostly only raided others closets for things to wear, or being told what to use from the Facility wardrobe for undercover ops.Β It's nice to see Laura shopping andΒ choosing her own clothes. Style is often one of the first aspects that does help a person define their voice and Laura finally got this moment thanks to Jubilee.

X-23 / Laura Kinney is my favorite MARVEL character.
I'm glad that I collected and keep the comic book series, watched the animated series (including the episodes that are involved), and played as them in MARVEL vs CAPCOM 3 with air combos.

thanks! I drew the gloves to give her a bit of a "tough" look, and also to hide her hands a bit, because I couldn't draw them as good as I wanted ahah oh well... But yeah thank you very much!
