Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Aoi would be an extremely unsociable person, of course she can work in a team when it's necessary but she avoids it at all cost. Aoi doesn't simply hate everyone, she can show respect to other people but she specially hates people who do not make efforts to voice out their thoughts and feelings as she believes they are a waste of space and will turn out to lead pointless life-styles, always being used by other people. Maybe Aoi saw inside her own family a situation like that, and it make her grow more and more angry with those kind of people.
Also, Aoi really dislikes any kind of teachers as she believes most of them don't know enough to be teaching anyone and also because they usually demand respect simply because of their roles, and Aoi definitively isn't the kind a person to do what she was told, like I said before, it is possible for Aoi to show respect for other people but they need to prove to her they are worth it instead of simply demand it out of the blue. And, of course, if it wasn't clear enough, Aoi is a highly confrontational person who will easily snap at anyone who messes with her XD
