now, for the usual information for this character!

The Owner can change the Color Pallet for the Adoptable to fit their purposes better!  The price for changing the colors would be +$5.00 (you must add this price to the adoptable price)

Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Elicia would be a experienced knight, she is one of the Royal Guard who ensures the laws of the magistrate around the kingdom and she takes her role extremely serious, for example, there is a rule that everyone in the kingdom deserves to have food, clean water and peace, so whenever Elicia finds a poor village she takes upon herself to make it a good place for everyone to live, and she doesn't care if no one in the village wants to work, she will make them do it or they will all go to jail for not abiding the law. Elicia regimen commence where she divides the people of the village into groups, she assigns people to roles around the village and even if they know nothing about their roles it's no problem for Elicia knows A LOT about EVERYRHING, she teaches them how to hunt, cultivate and care for animals so they will never starve anymore, she teaches another group to build houses and walls so they will be safe in the village, she teaches another group to other chores like making clothes, keeping everything clean, caring and teaching the children and last but not least, Elicia will require some guards from the capital to come to this village so they can train anyone in the village who wants to become a guard themselves and protect their village. Yes it takes a lot of time for Elicia to achieve everything a village needs but she does her job with pride and is certain that, little by little, she is helping people around the kingdom so they will have a hard working but good life.
