Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Horie would pass the impression of being very egoistical and arrogant and it makes people very angry that they almost always need her advice (which usually comes with a joke or critique) but, even tho she is like that, she is actually a very nice person and is always up to help anyone in need, she just hates when people think as her as "a nice person" and so maintain her egostical reputation. It takes some time and good eyes to see how Horie is truly like.
As a sage, Horie is well versed in a lot magical schools which also includes herbal medicine, healing and elemental magics even so Horie is awful at house chores (she does them but it never turns out the way she would like) and tries to solve a lot of daily issues with magic (which in most cases ends up even more desastrous than the first results)
She never run head on the fight, she likes to think about some strategy first but if she doesn't find anything she will head straight into danger to help others (Although she prefers that they never know about this part of her, she believes that if people don't like her much they will try to think about a solution for their problems first and only come to her when really needed, she doesn't want everyone to be too dependent of her and want them to be able to stand with their own feet even if she is not around, she actually like people very much and wants to teach them how to do things and to make them help each other so even if she is not around she wouldn't have to worry about them)
