Isey is a playful and often inconsequent young robot, she means absolutely no harm but she doesn't know how to control her powers too well, some people relate that to the fact the researchers and engineers who built Isey didn't really paid too much attention to details and ended up over-powering her ice abilities to the point it can be hard to play with it most of the time... Of course, they did not imagine Isey would want to play with it with other people and robots...
