Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Juliet would have received the most strong and heavy upgrades. Meant to be the protector who would do everything possible to keep the others safe, Juliet is very serious about her role and would spare no efforts to see everyone peacefully living their own lives again even if it means she should never be the same. I believe Juliet doesn't care much about what happens to her and that was the main reason why she accepted the most dangerous role and equipment, her armor is too heavy and powerful for a human body to use which means the sequels of these continuous fights will pile up making other wonder how much time Juliet has left sometimes. Even so, Juliet had one of the strongest will power among all nursettes, an will power that no program or technology could overwrite.
In truth, Juliet lost her family to the plague and as she fled she tried to protect her only son with everything she got, in the end there was no hope for the little child who could not fend for himself as his mother was too injured to run to his side, right at that moment, Juliet thought about giving up but the heavy responsibility of living on that her husband gave her with his life was too big for her to ignore, so, when she finally reached a place somewhat safe and was offered to receive an "upgrade" to be able to fight those things, she volunteered herself to the "armor" she wears now, as I said, it take a great toll on her body, but it was implemented a special system in Juliet one that imbues her armor and her veins with a constant dose of pain-killers so she would be able to keep fighting and protecting everyone no matter in how much pain she was actually in.

If you missed, here is the backstory around the Nursette Units:

I thought the Nursette units would be all the creation of a single scientist. Most would say he had gone crazy years before he started with the Nursette Unit creations as he had predicted a terrible plague would devastate the little that was left of humanity, after all, humans has became too comfortable with all their technology and intelligence that plus the fact that some humans had simply began to fall in love with the androids they had made the actual couple and family a scarce sight in the cities, our race was getting weaker by the decade but no one seemed to care. That very careful and wise scientist saw those flaws and as he knew there were a lot of other researchers doing human experiment the time for the human race to be extinct could be so close but all his warnings had fallen into deaf ears. Years later, a terrible disease struck, it not only killed the afflicted but would also mutate it's remaining flesh into bloodthirsty monsters who hunted other humans and androids alike. The few humans that were still left fled to the farthest mansion, one that was actually a hospital a long time ago but with so little people around it was useless to keep it functioning, there, the wise man had made it his home, he knew about everything what was happening and had began studying ways of counter-attack the monsters while helping the humans left. As the last hope of almost all humanity the few people offered themselves to be experimented upon so they would be able to fight against those cursed beasts.
Then the Nurse System Units were made, the point was that they were suppose to treat any humans or even androids they find but they need to be able to protect themselves as the threats were too high but the man knew that if he kept the human emotions into the androids it could be too dangerous as they would have to kill any other affected humans so in the end, he had to make so they would act as marionettes and be controlled by an almighty program that would dictate their actions. Of course they all have kept most of their own personality but scientist needed to give them the power to transcend the human emotions so they would be able to save what little was left of the species.
