Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Mintt would be an over-confident woman, she, as most of the humanoid raced had been enhanced by the most advanced technology there was, so it would track down any illness right at the beginning, keep their bodies physiologically perfect (in terms of amount of proteins, vitamin and such), overall, giving every humanoids a better quality of life and also enhancing their physical capabilities a bit, everyone has these traits but specially the part of 'physical capabilities' is not something everyone develops as this trait doesn't really give you all the strength you want but make it easy for you, with proper training and dedication, to achieve the level of sheer strength you want and even surpass it!
In Mintt's case, she is way more dedicated into developing herself more and more each day than she is with what is going to happen politically or sociologically around her, after all, her dream of being the pilot and captain of a space-ship has always been her top priority! And for that, Mintt doesn't care how many jobs or errands she needs to get. I believe she would eventually, after all the work of raising the money, be able to buy a small space-ship, it doesn't fit more than a crew of 5 but it was already good enough for Mintt! I thought she would be over-confident because she always trusts that she can do whatever she decides to do, and because she is very strong and well-versed in terms of space-ships and piloting and such it's really hard for anyone to try and change Mintt's mind when it's already set on whatever she wants.
