Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Quinn would be part of the high counselors of one of the last villages standing for their shattered species, and even tho Quinn is one of the most influential beings in this counsel she tries to hear others out as much as possible. Their village is made more or less like a tower, in the lower levels lives the common folk and the ones without many strengths, as the tower goes up the better and more suited to survive will live in the higher places. This being the last known village makes the survival of not only her species but others as well a very important matter that was put in the hands of the counsel, and so, Quinn knows that every decision counts and she must be cautious not only with the options they have but also with everything that is at stake and the grave consequences, because of all the difficulties, Quinn will put the lives of the most stronger as a priority to protect than the lives of the common folk who wouldn't be able to survive at all without the village to begin with. The village is not without privileges, even tho the lower levels are dangerous, it's still safer than the outside and if anyone from the lower levels can prove themselves, the counsel will gladly gave them a place in the higher grounds, at the same time, if someone from above is proving to be worthless, will be thrown into the base of the village without second thoughts.
