Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Rissa would be a unique elf from under the sea, her tribe is a secluded one that wants to keep their location such a great secret that all the sea-elves that wish to leave the village must first go through a ritual where their memories from the place they were born are magically erased for good, they will keep their feelings of being raised in an elf village, having friends and being loved but they would not be able to remember neither names nor faces, they would then be putted to sleep and left in a far away beach, for everyone on the outside world including for the sea-elves who got their memories erased those people are only regular elves who had trouble with their ship and ended up washed ashore with no memories due to almost dying.
I believe Rissa would be one of the high ranking sea-elves who are responsible for the ritual of erasing the memories of the people who wish to leave, it's a harsh role as Rissa herself had to make many loved ones forget their true-self but she does it seriously for the sake of keeping their village safe
