Thoughts about the Character:
Noire is an over-confident evil genius, she used to be one of the greatest counselors of the empire but after the king she pledged loyalty to died and Noire saw how terrible every single heir was she couldn't keep her oath any longer. As a great mage is wasn't hard for Noire to find power in the lost scriptures and with a coup she took became the new Empress. Noire believes strength is everything, it has many forms, of course, but it's a trait that either you have it or you don't, and if you don't, Noire will not even bother with you. The Empire is vast, and influence of the Emperor used to vary greatly among their territory, now, under Noire, no one dares going against her. Fearful or Respectful doesn't really matter as Noire have brought peace and order to the whole Empire.
