Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Thaliya would be a smart and astute being, she was once a genie trapped inside a tiny lamp but through some centuries of experimenting and thinking long and hard about what she could do to be free her plan finally bore fruit and the last master she had, a greedy and self-centered bastard made the stupidity of wishing for Thaliya to be free, all because he couldn't see past his own belly and thought they shared something more than a master/genie relationship, his mistake, it was all a plan devised by Thaliya and she needed someone who would never doubt their own importance to make it happen.
Once set free, Thaliya couldn't contain her excitement and joy, she is still a genie of course, so she can change to material to imaterial form whenever she wants, cast her magic or fight hand-to-hand, whatever she wants Thaliya will grab it and she doesn't mind hurting some people along the way, after all, whenever someone has the chance to go forward they must do it, or they will be throwing away their lives by rotting at the same boring place forever.
