Not too shabby, the skin feels a bit plasticky though, personally I would be more careful with your highlights, they feel a bit strong but that's just my opinion.. meant to help of course.

The window is beautiful, you drew it so well that it really looks like bright light is bursting through it! And her figure is very well done.
But if she's in a dark room where most of the light comes from the window behind her, why is she lit from the front?
