Well, no, because when people lie down and stretch and breath deep and the photographer uses a strategic angle and lighting then they can look quite thin, for artistic effect, but if you see other pics I have up of this model she is clearly fit and healthy. Not that she has to be.

It's under a small office building and this bit is right near the end. The chain is normally used to block off the entrance to the end section(in the top of shot past the pillar) from the public. She grabbed it and suggested we use it.
