Description 1: Style I'm using in the prologue. Blending, more refined textures, more colors on the outline. Looks pretty, but takes a really long time when coloring a whole page like that. Probably not realistic for me to use if I ever want to finish the comic.
2: No blending, simpler, less colors used on the outline. Takes the least time. It looks sharp but I'd have to be careful not to make the backgrounds as intense as the characters so that there's distinction between them.
3: Somewhere in between, some blending, only 2 colors used for the outline. It's a balance of the two and doesn't take too long, but I feel like it lacks the pop that I like in #2.

I still think I'm going to power through the prologue using style 1 but I'm leaning towards the second one for the rest of the comic. As much as I'd like to make it look super fancy and detailed, that just won't work out since my other obligations take up most of my time. Plus I will admit I've been getting bored/frustrated using a more detailed style. Which is your favorite look?
