Part of a trade withI did this in about two hours. |D I'm kind of frustrated and depressed (don't ask why- it's a stupid reason anyway).
Sorry it's not better.
I have no idea who owns Ginga Densetsu Weed but you guys can wikipedia it.

I've only seen a couple of episodes so I'm not too familiar with the character. But maybe this is a bit of an older version of Weed and so he's lost some puppy fat? XD

Drawing doggies usually relaxes me. Weird I know, I'm sorry the shading isn't better and the distinct lack of an actual background. I'll do a different one if you want.
I'm glad you like it though! I had fun with the pose actually. I was going to try to leave him in the original style but that didn't work- obviously.

Psychologically, drawing canines makes sense for soothing yourself. And NO! There's nothing to change, love this one so much!

Unintentionally. Weed's style just wouldn't gracefully transfer over into mine so I made him completely in 'my' style.

Really? Funny enough those are what gave me the most trouble! It's been forever and a day it seems like since I drew a doggy and I tried and (obviously) failed for so long trying to make it match the original style.

He seemed like an 'exuberant' young pup. But I only watched the first episode. I really didn't care for the boxy way they drew the characters as I'm a person obsessed with curvy, flowing lines. XD
